Senior Commercial Claims Advocate

Dormont Manufacturing Co is seeking a Commercial Claims Advocate responsible for consulting and managing claims for clients, handling escalated issues, and maintaining carrier relationships. The role requires outstanding advocacy services, effective communication on coverage issues, and management of Workers Compensation processes. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 8 years in commercial insurance, exceptional customer service skills, and technical knowledge of multi-line insurance.
