COTA - Travel Contract

Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant

We're hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for a travel contract role at a skilled nursing facility in Ellendale, ND. Under the guidance of a licensed Occupational Therapist, you will help patients regain the skills they need for everyday life.

Minimum Requirements

• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college.
• Active North Dakota COTA license required to start the assignment.
• BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Facility-required experience working in skilled nursing or long-term care settings preferred.
• Experience implementing restorative programs, ADL retraining, and adaptive equipment recommendations preferred.
• Ability to follow documentation standards in electronic medical records systems used in SNFs preferred.

Assignment Details

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days. 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday.
• Positions Available: 1.
• Assignment Length: Approximately 13 weeks; start date in May 2026.
• Candidate may be expected to coordinate care with facility interdisciplinary team.
