Wireless Sales Representative - AT&T Authorized Retailer

Job Description Wireless Sales Representative – AT&T Authorized Retailer. Serve customers by demonstrating AT&T’s extensive product and service offerings, providing personalized wireless, entertainment, and connectivity solutions, and achieving sales benchmarks. Qualifications Attitude and technical aptitude – entrepreneurial spirit, commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty and integrity. Background in retail sales is helpful, but not required. At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions. Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week, including evenings, weekends and holidays. Strong social media presence preferred. Reliable transportation to the store and off‑site trainings; must live within 30 minutes of the home store location and be flexible to work at multiple locations within a district as needed. Proficiency in using a personal computer and basic wireless equipment, copier and fax. Adherence to Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance. Willingness and ability to complete the sales flow accurately within AT&T system(s). Responsible handling of cash transactions in accordance with company policies and procedures. Successful completion of all assigned AT&T & Prime trainings in a timely manner. Working Conditions Ability to lift up to 10 pounds. Ability to bend, squat and stretch for inventory and stocking. Requirement to stand for long periods of time to provide customer service. Work in a fast paced environment. Follow instructions to completion. Work under pressure, multi‑task and handle customer complaints or requests. Adapt to fluctuating noise levels and various sound sources from media devices. Job type: Full-time. Pay: $40,000 - $50,000 per year. Shift: 8 hour shift. Weekend availability required. Represent our company and the AT&T brand with utmost professionalism and courtesy. Assist leaders with store operations and duties. Cooperate with fellow RSCs to achieve a team approach to sales and customer service. Achieve sales benchmarks and milestones, which can lead to additional bonus payments. Excel in selling AT&T products and services, including entertainment, as a full-service lifestyle solution. Work with wireless leaders to stand out, serve and succeed within the local community.
