This high-impact role will focus on designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) and Intune solutions for clients, particularly in legal and compliance-driven environments.As a trusted advisor, you will work closely with clients to modernize their IT infrastructure, streamline device management, and ensure secure, scalable deployments. Your experience in law practice environments and ability to manage complex technical projects will be key to your success.Responsibilities:Design and implement SCCM/MECM and Intune solutions for enterprise clientsDevelop and manage task sequences, OS deployment strategies, and Autopilot configurationsPerform patch management using WSUS and SCCM for client and server environmentsCreate and deploy applications, packages, and updates using SCCM and IntuneTroubleshoot and optimize endpoint management systems and deployment processesIntegrate SCCM with Active Directory, GPO, and PowerShell automationLead or support Windows 10/11 upgrade projects, including driver certification and hardware testingCollaborate with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders to ensure successful project deliveryProvide technical documentation, health checks, and ongoing support for managed environmentsAssist in migrations from SCCM to Intune for modern workplace scenariosRequired Qualifications:5+ years of hands-on experience with SCCM/MECM and Microsoft IntuneStrong knowledge of OS deployment, task sequences, and AutopilotProficiency in PowerShell scripting and automationExperience with Active Directory, GPO, WSUS, and patch managementFamiliarity with legal IT environments and compliance requirementsExcellent troubleshooting and communication skillsRelevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 70-703) are a plusIdeal Candidate has the following:Experience working with law firms or legal IT infrastructureExposure to VMware, SCOM, and SQL for reporting and monitoringPrior consulting or MSP experienceAbility to manage multiple client environments and projects simultaneouslyStrong documentation and client communication skillsCompensation: Based on location and experience.
