What We're Looking For Strong reliability and consistent attendance -- you show up ready every day High attention to detail and genuine pride in thorough work Professionalism and warmth while working inside private family homes A servant's heart -- you care about the people behind the homes you clean Ability to work independently after training A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a reliable personal vehicle As part of our hiring process, we use a few short assessments to help match you to the right role and growth track. There are no wrong answers -- they just help us set you up for success. Where You'll Work You'll primarily serve homes throughout Rockwall County and surrounding areas. Our routes are thoughtfully grouped to reduce drive time and keep your day organized. Our office is in Fate -- you'll stop in about once a week for team meetings, training, and supply restocks.
