You will work closely with clients from the very first inquiry all the way through to final funding, assisting with the review of loan applications, gathering and organizing the financial documentation needed to move deals forward, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure that every transaction progresses smoothly, efficiently, and without unnecessary delays. Staying organized under the pressure of multiple active deals, communicating proactively with clients at every stage, and keeping momentum alive on every file you touch are the daily disciplines that will define your production and your income in this position.

Compensation:

$125,500 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Guide business owners through the loan application process with clarity and empathy.
• Review and assess loan applications to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Gather and organize necessary financial documentation to support loan applications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the loan approval process.
• Communicate proactively with clients to keep them informed at every stage of the loan process.
• Maintain a high level of organization to manage multiple active deals efficiently.
• Identify and solve potential issues to prevent delays in loan processing and funding decisions.

Qualifications:

• Experience in financial services or a related field is preferred, but not required.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively to clients.
• Proven track record of maintaining organization and managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and completeness in loan applications.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to streamline processes.
• Proactive communication skills to keep clients informed throughout the loan process.
