Specializing in ortho surgeries, the role involves working in a Level III Trauma Center with a highly collaborative team environment. Key Responsibilities of the RN - OR- Operating Room

• Assist in surgeries involving Ortho Spine, Hand/Podiatry, and Total Joints using specialized equipment like the Hanna Table
• Manage patient care for neuro/ENT cases including laminectomies, cranial surgeries, and endoscopic procedures
• Coordinate with the anesthesia team and other healthcare professionals to ensure quality patient care
• Float to general OR specialties and urology center as needed
• Adhere to safety and procedural standards in compliance with facility regulations

Requirements of the RN - OR- Operating Room

• BLS certification required
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a related field
• Proficiency with EMR: EPIC and equipment like Alaris IV Pumps and Pyxis
• Strong background in ortho and neuro/ENT procedures
