Grow Your Career.Open Road Automotive Group is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Automotive BDC Appointment Coordinator to join our growing Business Development Center (BDC). If you enjoy helping people, communicating by phone, text, email, and chat, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career in the automotive industry.
As a BDC Appointment Coordinator , you will be the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers, helping schedule appointments, answer inquiries, and create an exceptional customer experience that drives dealership success.
Responsibilities- Respond promptly to inbound sales and service leads via phone, email, text, and online chat.
- Schedule and confirm sales and service appointments.
- Follow up with customers regarding missed appointments, unsold opportunities, and service reminders.
- Build rapport and provide exceptional customer service with every interaction.
- Accurately document all customer communications in the dealership CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and performance goals.
- Maintain a positive, professional, and customer-first attitude.
- Previous BDC, call center, customer service, hospitality, or automotive experience is a plus but not required.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
- Positive attitude with a desire to learn and succeed.
- Ability to work evenings and Saturdays as scheduled.
