Salary and Benefits
- The pay for this position is $50/hr - $55/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Monday-Friday (Work / Life Balance)
- No night or weekend calls
- Interview, coordinate, and plan programs and activities to meet the psychosocial needs of the patient
- Provide consultation and education
- Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the overall health and well-being of the patient
- Conduct intake and assessment of patients' available resources and needs
- Formulate assessments and direct treatment accordingly
- Develop an individual-based and/or group-based treatment plan, including medical, psychological, financial, and other life issues
- Maintain quality assurance of the program
- Maintain confidentiality at all times
Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish - Able to conduct the full assessment without an interpreter
- 1 year of perinatal experience
- Current CA LCSW License
