Lead Bartender – Woods Hill Table Woods Hill Table, an award‑winning and expanding restaurant group in Concord, is seeking a talented Lead Bartender to join our service team. We operate a fast‑paced environment where everything is prepared daily from scratch using products from our own organic farm in Bath, NH. Requirements Previous experience in a chef‑driven restaurant or bistro. Previous management experience. Ability to act as Floor Manager every other Sunday for either brunch or dinner service. A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast‑paced setting. Knowledge of current food and beverage trends, including beer, wine, and spirits. Proficiency in making shrubs, cordials, and house‑made syrups. Experience with BEV&Co and accurate ordering. Strong understanding of sustainability and organic practices. Availability to work weekends. Minimum of 5 years in the industry running a bar program. Benefits Employer contribution to Blue Cross Blue Shield health insurance after 90 days.
