Compensation and Benefits

The starting base compensation for this role ranges from $300 to $350 per hour, depending on experience and faculty rank. Please note that this figure reflects only the base pay and does not include additional variable compensation or productivity bonuses, which are determined by the department's compensation structure. Further details regarding compensation will be provided during the recruitment discussions.
