PTHA is an approved loan repayment site for various student loan programs What You’ll Do Provide patient triage, assessments, treatments, medication administration, IV starts, and nursing interventions. Educate patients and families on chronic disease management, preventive care, medications, and healthy lifestyle choices. Coordinate care and connect patients with internal and community resources. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop individualized plans of care. Participate in community outreach events and health education initiatives that promote wellness throughout the community. Maintain accurate, timely electronic health record documentation. Participate in telephone and in-clinic triage, including an after-hours call rotation. Support quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based nursing practice. Serve as a mentor and resource for new nursing staff as assigned. Requirements Current WA State Registered Nurse (RN) license. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) with at least three (3) years of direct patient care experience in acute care and/or primary care OR Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) with at least five (5) years of direct patient care experience. Experience providing patient education. Current BLS certification. Ability to obtain ACLS and/or PALS as required. Experience using electronic health records.
