About the Role
The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President for Member Services to join their team. The successful candidate will serve as a senior strategic and operational partner, leading priority divisional and enterprise initiatives. Key responsibilities include providing senior leadership and functional oversight for the member services customer experience function, supervising the membership application process, and leading the development of membership marketing strategies. The role also involves overseeing member experience initiatives, supporting the evaluation and development of member benefits, and managing the division's annual operating budget. The AVP will be expected to represent the division on cross-divisional initiatives and contribute to enterprise-wide strategy discussions. Applicants for the Associate Vice President position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least 8 years' of leadership experience in membership or customer operations, process improvement, marketing, project management, and budget oversight. Proficiency in a range of technical tools, including Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and various management and marketing platforms, is required. The role demands a candidate with a proven track record in developing and maintaining operational dashboards, leading projects to completion, and a willingness to travel for company events. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising and developing staff, as well as the ability to set and achieve performance targets based on data-driven insights.
