Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Program, Project, Talent Development or Learning Management.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives from planning to delivery.
• Experience working with business stakeholders to identify talent or workforce needs.
• Experience using data and KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness and support decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder management, planning and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

• Talent Program Management: Own the full lifecycle of Talent Programs, from business case development and launch decisions to graduate placement and program evaluation. Assess business demand and define program strategy, roadmap and success criteria. Evaluate program ROI, financial effectiveness and business impact to support management decision-making. Develop recommendations on launching, scaling, redesigning or discontinuing programs. Explore sustainable talent utilization models, including internal hiring, talent pools, outsourcing and strategic partnerships. Ensure high-quality execution across all program stages.
• Business Partnership: Partner with business leaders to identify capability gaps and hiring needs. Translate business requirements into scalable talent programs. Coordinate SMEs, mentors and hiring managers throughout the program.
• Learning Experience: Coordinate curriculum development with internal experts. Oversee participant journey, assessments and graduation process. Ensure an engaging and effective learning experience.
• Talent Assessment & Transition: Evaluate participant performance and potential throughout the program. Facilitate talent review and hiring decisions together with business stakeholders. Coordinate graduate placement into relevant teams. Support onboarding and successful integration of program graduates. Monitor graduate performance during the early employment stage.
• Program Operations & Analytics: Manage program governance, communications and delivery. Track KPIs, program effectiveness and business impact. Prepare reports and recommendations for stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement: Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders. Benchmark market best practices. Drive improvements and scale Talent Programs across new business functions.
