You’ll get to: 5+ years of experience in EHS data management systems (Cority preferred) within a global, diversified industrial environment, with strong knowledge of EHS regulations and management systems.Proven project management skills with the ability to prioritize competing demands, manage enterprise-wide initiatives, and drive execution across multiple functions and stakeholders.Experience implementing software platforms and leading change management processes across a global organization, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels including Sr. Executive Leadership.Strong data visualization skills with proficiency in Power BI or equivalent BI tools; able to translate complex data into clear, compelling insights for diverse audiences.Strategic mindset and global vision — a self-starter and change agent who builds strong cross-functional relationships, leads with influence, and communicates effectively across all organizational levels.Remote role reporting to the Director, EHS Management Systems, with flexibility for emergency response and up to 20% travel.The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions.
