Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced General Foreman to lead storm response events. Currently, our yards are situated in Plymouth Meeting, PA; Cambridge City, IN; Walpole, MA; and Kenner, LA. Join us and help us continue building one of the most trusted teams in the industry.

Position : Storm General Foreman

Pay : Competitive, based on experience, with storm-related performance bonuses

Schedule : Flexible hybrid, with full availability for storm calls

Lead and manage large-scale storm restoration projects, overseeing 25–50 FTEs during storm events. Maintain a safe, efficient, and organized work environment at all times.

Requirements:

Proven experience managing storm projects or large-scale restoration events
Ability to adapt quickly to storm restoration demands while meeting customer deadlines
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
Must be an IBEW member in good standing
Must hold a valid CDL B or Higher with a Valid Medical Card
Proficiency with computers and project organization tools. Highly responsible, accountable, and dependable
Calm, steady, and solutions-focused under pressure
Consistently demonstrates professionalism in all situations
Living within one hour of the yard location you are applying for is preferred

Danella maintains a workplace that is completely free of drugs and alcohol. Employees undergo random drug tests. Additionally, all company vehicles are fitted with GPS tracking and front- and rear-facing cameras.
