Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a general corporate practice with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions. In addition, candidates should be team-oriented and possess strong academic credentials and excellent communication and drafting skills.

The expected pay range for this position is: $225,000 - $235,000 Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
