Customer Service Rep / Account Services Associate / Inside Sales Assistant

Job Description This position is a Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Service Partners. Responsibilities Serve as the key customer contact for the branch, providing order support and product information. Collaborate closely with Outside Sales Reps, Production Personnel, Inside Sales, Credit and Delivery to support the order fulfillment process. Maintain a positive rapport with customers and provide world‑class service. Demonstrate exemplary customer service, analytical, and problem‑solving skills. Use computer systems to process and review dealer orders, requests, and system‑generated acknowledgements. Perform any other duties, tasks or responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications At least 18years of age; valid driver’s license if operating a vehicle for company purposes. 1–2years of experience in a customer‑service role. Ability to perform basic math calculations. Personable, enthusiastic, and engaging personality. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Bi‑lingual in Spanish/English preferred but not required. Proven ability to learn new computer systems and processes. Schedule Monday‑Friday, 6:30AM–4:30PM with occasional Saturday for inventory participation. Compensation $24–$25 per hour, based on experience. Travel Requirements Local travel; less than 10% required. Physical Requirements Prolonged sitting, standing, and repetitive motions including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Good hand‑eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength required. Lifting up to 50lb depending on specific duties.
