Process Technician

Plastic Injection Mold Technician will help wilth set-up, mold processing, moving material and finished goods with the fork lift.

Responsibilities:

- Supports a safety-first work atmosphere.

- Follows all company rules and policies.

- Ensures components are manufactured to the highest quality standards.

- Performs Set-Ups, Changeovers and Processing to Production

- Processes and Troubleshoots plastic injection molding equipment

- Records and maintains accurate production records using MRP system

- Supports Inventory and Cycle Counting using MRP system

- Keeps department clean and organized following 5S methodology.

Qualifications:

- High School Diploma or GED

- Reliable transportation and exceptional attendance record

- Able to Lift 50 Pounds

- Pass Pre-Employment Background Check, Drug Screen and Physical

- Available to Work Overtime as Needed

Required Skills:

- Strong Mechanical Aptitude

- Ability to follow direction and provide direction and coordinate work to others

- Ability to stand/walk working in a manufacturing environment 90% of the time.

- Ability to learn how to operate forklifts and overhead cranes. Or demonstrate ability.

- Ability to perform Lock/Out Tag Out
