Create long‑form YouTube content, including service explainers and brand storytelling, to support SEO and AI search visibility. Produce customer testimonials and job site videos to build trust and support conversion across the funnel. Build and operate a production engine using tools like Runway, Descript, and ElevenLabs to maximize creative iteration speed. Partner with Graphic Design to ensure visual consistency and manage all video assets and media libraries. Capture and edit photography on‑site for use across web, social, and paid media. Requirements 3+ years producing multimedia content for digital marketing or paid advertising. Strong end‑to‑end production skills; you can concept, shoot, and edit without handing off at each stage. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and AI production tools like Runway, CapCut AI, or similar. Deep understanding of best practices for Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and display advertising.
