This is a great opportunity to bring your culinary skills to one of North America's fastest-growing hospitality companiesConcord Hospitality Enterprises. As a Hotel Line Cook, you will tempt the palettes of our guests with your attention to detail in presentation, quality, and safe serving temperatures.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate menu planning with Executive Chef/Sous Chef to ensure that food costs are maintained
- Plan special menus for holiday and staff functions
- Practice safety standards at all times to maintain a safe work environment.
- Report to work in a clean uniform, on time, and ready to serve.
- Monitor quality and amounts of food on service line
- Anticipate usage levels and prepare replenishments on a timely basis
- Work with Cafeteria Line server/Attendant to ensure optimum service for the employees
- Prepare all meals following recipes and yield guides
Qualifications:
- Prior culinary or kitchen experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Commitment to guest satisfaction and teamwork.
