Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC

Location Highlights

Terre Haute offers access to outdoor recreation and regional travel options in western Indiana. Deming Park spans more than 170 acres and includes walking trails, sports facilities, and one of the oldest public children's museums in the state at the adjacent Candles Holocaust Museum area and local park network. Turkey Run State Park is about 35 miles northeast and is known for sandstone ravines, hiking trails, and scenic overlooks.
