REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: • High school diploma or equivalent. EXPERIENCE: • Previous Security Officer experience is not required. • Candidates without direct security experience may be considered. • Candidates should demonstrate a stable work history. The manager prefers candidates who have demonstrated job stability rather than frequent job changes. CERTIFICATIONS: • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record/MVR. • IAHSS Basic Security Officer Certification must be obtained within the first 6 months of working; certification is not required prior to starting. TECHNICAL SKILLS: • Ability to accurately document and report incidents, accidents, and hazards.
