Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Healthcare Staffing

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare staffing network for shifts across various skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, patient-centered nursing care in accordance with physician orders and facility care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately, monitoring residents for effectiveness or adverse reactions.
• Monitor vital signs, document changes in patient condition, and report critical updates promptly to RN supervisors or attending physicians.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) while encouraging independence and dignity.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary care teams, families, and facility staff to ensure optimal resident outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Current, active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• Valid CPR/BLS certification from an accredited provider.
• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a long-term care, skilled nursing, or rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and time-management skills.
• Ability to pass required background checks, drug screenings, and credentialing verifications.
