ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR and production functions and duties
• Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources
• Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc)
• Coordinate HR projects (dinners, celebrations, meetings, training, surveys etc)
• Assist with employee requests regarding human resources issues
• Assist in payroll as a back-up role
• Maintain confidentiality as circumstances warrant
• Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
• Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
• Assist recruiting to source candidates and keep database updated

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Associate degree in HR-related field or equivalent experience preferred
• 5+ years' related administrative experience
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Solid understanding of MS Office
• Experience with UKG / UltiPro payroll software is preferred
• Familiar with applicant tracking database systems preferred
