Location: Great Falls, MT
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Position Type: Permanent/ Full-Time

Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Pediatrics for an exciting Full-Time Permanent opportunity in Great Falls, MT .

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to pediatric clinic patients following established clinical standards
• Serve as a liaison between patients, providers, and clinic staff
• Take and accurately document patient vital signs
• Triage patient phone calls and communicate concerns to providers
• Assist with prescription refills and prior authorizations
• Support physicians, RNs, and clinical staff with patient care coordination
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care
• Provide support and guidance to CNAs and scheduling staff
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and confidentiality standards
• Support daily clinic workflow and patient care operations

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program
• Current or eligible Montana LPN License required
• Current BLS Certification required
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Pediatric or clinic experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply
• Must meet continuing education requirements per state and federal regulations
