Join a fast-paced employment law firm as a Paralegal/Legal Assistant, where you will work closely with experienced attorneys within a well-defined workspace. This role demands exceptional organization and drafting skills, offering a supportive environment with opportunities for growth for top performers. You will be part of a dynamic team of 6-10 members, utilizing custom in-house software to manage employment law cases and maintaining frequent communication with clients.
Responsibilities
- Draft legal documents related to employment law cases
- Manage case files and maintain organized records
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and gather information
- Coordinate and collaborate effectively within a team environment
- Maintain and manage team calendars and deadlines
- Enter and update data accurately in custom case management software
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in legal assistance
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong document drafting abilities
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Effective time management and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
