Now Hiring | 4 Positions Available: Estimator, Body Technician, Tow Driver, Detailer

Jerry’s Auto Body & Towing in Souderton, PA is expanding and looking to fill four separate full-time roles on our team. With over 50 years serving the community and towing contracts with 5 surrounding police departments, we’re a high-volume, stable operation with room to grow.

Apply for the position that fits you. You don’t need to qualify for all four.

Position 1 — Collision Estimator

Conduct detailed damage assessments and generate accurate repair estimates. Work directly with insurance companies and adjusters throughout the claims process. Communicate timelines, costs, and repair plans to customers professionally. Experience in collision estimating preferred; training available for the right candidate.

Position 2 — Auto Body Technician

Perform collision repairs using industry-standard techniques and equipment. Assess structural and cosmetic damage and execute repairs to quality standards. Maintain a safe, clean work environment. Collision repair experience required; mechanic background a plus.

Position 3 — Tow Truck Driver

Safely operate flatbed and conventional tow trucks for local and police-dispatch calls. Load, transport, and unload vehicles following proper safety protocols. Represent Jerry’s professionally on every call, as you’re often the first face a customer sees. Valid driver’s license and medical card required, tow truck certification highly desirable, and we will train the right person.

Position 4 — Detailer

Wash and clean vehicles inside and out to prepare for delivery. Nib, sand, and polish painted panels to a delivery-ready finish. Identify and correct surface defects including dust nibs, orange peel. Perform paint prep as needed to support the body and paint department. Conduct a final inspection on every vehicle before it goes back to the customer. Keep your work area and equipment clean and organized.
