Mid-Level Project Finance Associate - Renewable Energy

Job Overview A law firm seeks a mid-level project finance associate in Sacramento, CA. The role involves debt and tax equity financings for renewable energy assets, including solar, wind, and storage. Candidates interested in the Seattle office are also considered. Duties Support construction and term debt facilities and tax credit monetization transactions. Assist in financing transactions, acquisitions, and joint ventures of projects. Draft financing agreements and related deal documents. Execute due diligence and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Requirements JD and active bar membership in good standing. Three to five years of experience in debt and tax equity project finance and M&A. Experience managing transactions and facilitating closings. Familiarity with tax equity structures and partnership tax concepts. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
