This position ensures that all owners, guests and associates receive our Hospitality with Heart service.Essential Job ResponsibilitiesThis position will assist in the Guest Services- Front Desk, Bell, Recreation and PBX departments - Multi-Functional RoleGuest Services – Bell Dept. - PBX - RecreationPerforms daily Guest Services functions such as guest check-in and check–out, answering phones, completion of shift check-list, and posting charges for copies, laundry, food & beverage, and convenience store outlets etc.Make, confirm and cancel reservations for guests. Answer a variety of questions for guests pertaining to their reservations.Responds courteously, efficiently and professionally to guest service requests.
