Senior Finance Manager

Leading finance support for GTM departments, the full-time Senior Finance Manager will manage annual planning, forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling while working remotely to provide actionable insights to senior leadership. Key responsibilities Oversee the P&L process and resource allocation for GTM functions, ensuring alignment with growth targets Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards, offering clear recommendations to senior leadership Mentor a senior analyst and develop repeatable financial processes across key partners Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred Eight or more years of experience in FP&A, Sales Finance, or GTM Finance, preferably in high-growth SaaS Proven leadership and mentoring skills in a senior finance role Expert proficiency in financial modeling and advanced Excel functions Strong understanding of GAAP and experience with ERP systems like NetSuite
