Job Position: CDL Driver- Class B With Air Brake Endorsement Job Type: Full-Time Location: Le Mars, IA 51031 Pay Rate: $ 25.00/hr | DOE Job Summary: Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM Description: We are seeking a dependable CDL Driver to safely operate tractor-trailers while transporting waste and recyclable materials. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, reliable, and experienced with DOT regulations and commercial driving operations. Responsibilities:

- Operate tractor-trailer vehicles safely and efficiently
- Transport waste and recyclable materials to designated locations
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Complete required paperwork and route records
- Secure loads properly for safe transportation
- Communicate with dispatch, supervisors, and facility personnel
- Report vehicle issues, accidents, or safety concerns
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of assigned equipment
- Follow DOT regulations and company safety procedures
- Valid Class B with air brake endorsement
- Air brake endorsement required
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screen
- 1-2 years tractor-trailer experience preferred
- Waste industry experience is a plus
- Knowledge of safe driving practices and DOT regulations
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to sit and drive for extended periods
