Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dedicated healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, ensuring the health and well-being of patients in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and wellness strategies.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Previous nursing experience in a clinical setting is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications may be preferred.
