Counter Sales / Warehouse Job

We are currently seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sales Counter / Warehouse Associate. This position supports both our front sales counter and warehouse operations. Responsibilities include assisting customers, pulling and staging orders, stocking inventory, and supporting daily warehouse activities. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, customer interaction, and hands-on work.

Reports to: Operations Manager

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous warehouse, customer service, or counter sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. regularly
• Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic
• Basic computer skills preferred
• Forklift experience is a plus, but not required

Working Conditions: Warehouse environment and outdoor conditions including sometimes extreme hot/cold temperatures.

Supervisory Responsibilities: No

Essential Job Functions:

• Assist walk-in and phone customers at the sales counter
• Pull, pack, and stage customer orders accurately
• Receive and stock incoming inventory
• Help maintain organized warehouse and counter areas
• Load and unload materials safely
• Assist customers with product pickup orders
• Operate warehouse equipment as needed (forklift training available)
• Work closely with warehouse and sales teams to support customer needs
• Follow all company safety procedures and policies
