Responsibilities: Provide companionship and emotional support to veterans and seniors in their homes, assisting with daily living activities, medication reminders, and other tasks as needed Develop strong relationships with clients, their families, and caregivers to ensure a collaborative and supportive environment Maintain accurate records of client interactions, medication administration, and other relevant information Collaborate with our clinical team to identify and address client needs, ensuring seamless care coordination Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, empathy, and compassion when interacting with clients, families, and colleagues Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulatory requirements Requirements: High School Diploma required 1 year of experience in a healthcare or social services setting Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (if applicable) Strong communication, empathy, and organizational skills Ability to lift 25 pounds and perform tasks that require bending, stooping, and standing for extended periods What We Offer: Competitive hourly rate of $16 - $18 (dependent on experience and qualifications) Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of veterans and seniors Collaborative and supportive work environment Ongoing training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge Senior Companion San Tan Valley, AZ $16 - $18 per hour WEEKLY PAY #J-18808-Ljbffr
