Job Description
Job Opportunity Position Overview Embark on a rewarding journey in the beautiful region of Vermont's Northeast Kingdom. This position offers a unique opportunity for outdoor enthusiasts, complete with thrilling activities such as skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and fat biking. Responsibilities As a member of the Diagnostic Imaging Department, you will:
- Perform a variety of ultrasound examinations
- Work collaboratively with the physician team to ensure exceptional patient care
- Independently execute 2nd and 3rd trimester obstetrical imaging, including fetal anatomy, growth, and biophysical profile examinations
- Conduct general ultrasound examinations as required
- Graduation from an accredited ultrasound program
- Current ARDMS certification
- Current RVT certification
- Recent hands-on experience in OB ultrasound, specifically 2nd and 3rd trimester imaging
- Ability to independently perform required ultrasound examinations
- This role requires a dependable personal vehicle, as the facility is located in a rural area with limited public transportation options.
- Housing is not provided, but a list of local resources can be offered as a courtesy.
- Travelers will begin their assignments on Wednesdays. Please note that during the orientation week, guaranteed hours will be adjusted accordingly.
