Director OF Clinical Operations

Leading the Clinical Content portfolio, the full-time Director of Clinical Product Management will manage and develop product managers, drive product strategy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-value solutions in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Manage, coach, and direct product managers to foster skill development and remove barriers to success Align product teams to enhance the patient experience and address clinical needs through actionable product features Oversee agile practices including sprint planning and backlog management while collaborating with various internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and mitigate risks Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 10+ years of successful management experience 8+ years of experience with technology-powered products in roles such as product manager, designer, or analyst 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager with measurable successes Experience in an Ambulatory Healthcare environment
