SYNERGY HomeCare of Central IL is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Client Care Supervisor to support our team of caregivers and ensure exceptional client care.As a Client Care Supervisor, you'll be the vital link between our caregivers, clients, and office staff—supporting caregivers so they can provide the highest level of service to those who depend on us.What You'll DoSupport Caregivers & Schedules:Be the frontline contact for caregiver communication, coaching, and recognitionCoordinate and conduct interviews and hiringOnboard and follow up on caregiver training and documentationMonitor caregiver scheduling and build out care plansHandle badge appointments and upload all required documentationOrganize mentor schedules and support new caregiver introductionsMonitor and report on credit card usage and ensure documentation controlStep in When Needed:Be trained in all supervisory and managerial responsibilitiesBe prepared to cover a client shift during business hours if necessaryPromote Company Culture:Support a healthy work-life balance for caregiversEducate the community on what SYNERGY HomeCare offersRecognize and celebrate caregivers who go above and beyondWho You AreExperienced in home care, healthcare, or team supervisionOrganized, proactive, and solutions-focusedA clear communicator who values both compassion and accountabilityComfortable stepping into client care roles when neededWhy Join Us?At SYNERGY HomeCare of Central IL, we believe in caring for our caregivers just as much as we care for our clients.
