Entry-Level Assembler

Location: Brooklyn, NY

Express Employment Professionals is hiring Entry-Level Assemblers on behalf of a company in Brooklyn, NY. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to assist with assembling, inspecting, and packaging products.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products and components according to work instructions.
• Inspect finished items for quality and accuracy.
• Count, sort, label, and package products.
• Lift and move boxes weighing 25–50 pounds using proper lifting techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow safety procedures and production guidelines.
• Report defective materials or assembly issues to the supervisor.
• Work with the team to meet daily production goals.

Qualifications

• No previous assembly experience required.
• Good attention to detail and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
• Ability to lift and move boxes weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Previous manufacturing, assembly, or packaging experience is a plus.
