Recruiting Coordinator Compensation

: $18–$19 / Hr Location

: Ionia, MI Responsibilities: As a Recruiting Coordinator, your primary responsibilities are to support the recruiting team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating candidate flow, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. Here’s what you’ll be doing: Candidate Coordination & Support: Assist with scheduling interviews, orientations, and onboarding activities.

Communicate with candidates regarding application status, next steps, and required documentation.

Help maintain accurate candidate records and update applicant tracking systems.

Recruiting Support: Assist recruiters with sourcing activities, including posting jobs, reviewing applications, and conducting initial outreach.

Support screening processes by gathering candidate information and verifying work history.

Prepare candidate profiles and coordinate submissions to clients.

Office & Administrative Support: Greet and assist walk-in applicants and visitors.

Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.

Maintain organized files, documentation, and compliance records.

Assist with daily office operations to ensure a smooth workflow.

Candidate & Client Relationship Management: Provide professional communication to candidates, clients, and internal team members.

Support client requests by coordinating candidate interviews and follow-ups.

Collaborate with the recruiting team to ensure a positive placement experience.
