Material Handler

Job Title Material Handler Job Summary Supports production by moving materials using a forklift and other equipment as needed. Ensures accurate flow of inventory and maintains cleanliness in work areas. Responsibilities Replenish es stock, components, and clean s dunnage in work cells. Accurately scan s materials or enter s data into software for inventory management. Inspec ts finished skids for missing parts, ensure s tag accuracy, initial s tags, band s skid , complete s stock transfer forms, and place s items in the warehouse. Maintain s cleanliness in work cells, warehouse, outside breezeway, and dunnage storage areas. Load s and unload s trucks, sort s materials, pack s parts, and organize s the warehouse and surrounding areas. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the MP&L Manager. Academic/Educational Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Required Skills/Experience At least five years of experience operating forklift trucks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems. Capability to train other employees as needed. Adherence to all safety rules and regulations, including completing forklift inspection sheets. Basic computer skills.
