About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to join its dynamic finance team. This senior leadership role is pivotal in influencing financial strategy, strengthening operations, and partnering closely with the executive team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to shape the future of the organization and will be responsible for a range of critical tasks, including collaborating with and providing guidance to the audit and accounting teams, overseeing the preparation of accurate financial statements, managing tax preparation, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and financial processes. Applicants for the Chief Financial Officer position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role within the restaurant industry. A proven track record of success in a corporate environment and a profound understanding of GAAP are essential. The role requires exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with both executive leadership and field team members. A CPA is a plus. The ideal candidate will be a finance leader with a passion for driving informed decision-making, resolving workflow challenges, and improving cross-functional collaboration.
