A team player willing to take ownership of their role is essential. The nurse will be responsible for managing a patient ratio of 1:6. The department is equipped with an Electronic Health Record system for efficient patient documentation. Candidates should be prepared to participate in rotating weekend shifts. A current BLS certification is required for this position. The nursing unit consists of 18 beds, providing a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
