Nurse Practitioner (NP) / Physician Assistant (PA) - Vascular Access

Location: Fountain Valley, CA
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday
On-Call: One weekend per month
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced NP or PA with strong procedural skills and hands-on experience performing ultrasound-guided vascular access procedures .

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound-guided PICC and central line placement

• Perform internal jugular, femoral, and other central venous access procedures

• Conduct pre-procedure assessments and obtain consent

• Monitor patients and manage procedural complications

• Maintain accurate documentation

• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program

• Active, unrestricted California NP/PA license

• Current BLS and ACLS

• Current DEA or eligibility

• Minimum 2 years of independent ultrasound-guided PICC and/or central line experience

• Strong ultrasound and procedural skills

Important: Candidates must have hands-on, independent vascular access experience . Specialty background is less important than actual procedure experience.
