Our organization is on the lookout for a full-time Academic Spine Neurosurgeon to enhance our Department of Neurosurgery. The preferred candidate will have completed a fellowship in Complex Spine Surgery and possess a strong desire to expand and advance an Academic Spine Surgery practice.

We operate a busy practice with a dedicated team of 15 full-time Neurosurgeons and a flourishing residency program.

Compensation & Benefits

The starting base salary for this position ranges from $515,000 to $705,000, depending on experience and faculty rank. This figure does not encompass variable compensation or additional productivity incentives and is subject to the specific compensation plans of the department. Further details regarding compensation will be provided during the recruitment discussions.
