This resource should have regulated industry experience (Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, Healthcare etc.) *An ideal candidate will have previous Client experience. Desired Experience:

1. Business Analyst Experience (Experience translating/ gathering business requirements)
2. Experience writing User Stories for System Requirements
3. Experience Process Mapping
4. Experience in data analysis, data requirements, and data governance
5. Validation System Experience (Ideally in a Medical Device environment)
6. Strong Communication
7. Salesforce experience

This position is with the Neuromodulation Division. The Neuromodulation business includes implantable devices compatible with mobile technology to help people who suffer from chronic pain and movement disorders. As a IT Business Analyst you will play a key role in bridging the business objectives and technical solutions that deliver them. Your focus will be on understanding the needs of several Neuro Initiatives, analyzing their requirements, and translating them into effective and efficient technology solutions. These initiatives support workstreams within Salesforce, Data Governance and Planning, Software Validation, and Business Process Mapping. As a Business Analyst, you will serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and Neuro IT, collaborating closely with both teams to gather and document requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend improvements. You will be responsible for conducting gap analyses, identifying areas for improvement, and designing innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. What You'll Work On:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document the business process and associated system requirements.
• Analyze business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
• Conduct gap analyses to determine the difference between current and desired state, and develop strategies to bridge the gap.
• Utilize functional requirements and system design documents to guide developers in implementing solutions.
• Coordinate and participate in testing and facilitate the resolution of any identified issues.

Desired Experience/ Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst or similar role in an IT function.
• Strong communication of business and technology requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in data analysis, data requirements, data architecture and data governance.
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong documentation and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a Pharma, Healthcare or similarly regulated industry.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
