Service Advisor — Riverton Acura
Location: Murray, Utah Department: Service Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive, based on experience
About Us
Riverton Acura is growing, and we're looking for a Service Advisor who's hard-working, customer-focused, and ready to be part of a strong, well-run team. If you take pride in delivering a great service experience and want to grow with a dealership that invests in its people, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Greet customers and write up repair orders accurately and efficiently
- Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines and technician findings
- Communicate clearly with customers on service needs, timelines, and pricing
- Provide accurate estimates and obtain proper authorization for repairs
- Follow up with customers throughout the repair process and at delivery
- Build long-term customer relationships that drive repeat and referral business
- Work closely with technicians and the Service Manager to keep the shop flowing efficiently
- Manage repair orders and scheduling through Dealertrack DMS
- Uphold Acura/AHM service standards and warranty procedures
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Working knowledge of Dealertrack DMS preferred
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced shop
- Acura or import brand experience a plus, but not required
