OpenKyber is looking for IAM Governance & Access Review Analyst for one of its clients Remote Job Title: IAM Governance & Access Review Analyst



Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM), IT Audit, Compliance, or Information Security.
  • Hands-on experience managing User Access Reviews (UAR), certifications, or access governance programs.
  • Experience supporting compliance frameworks such as SOX, NIST, ISO 27001, HIPAA, or HITRUST.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience developing process documentation, training materials, and compliance evidence.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Working knowledge of SailPoint Identity Now or IdentityIQ, including certifications, workflows, tasks, and governance functions.
  • Professional certifications such as: Certified Identity and Access Manager (CIAM), SailPoint Certified Identity Now Engineer, CISSP, CISA, CRISC.
  • Experience with access governance, entitlement reviews, and IAM controls in regulated environments.
