Overall Purpose: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by conducting market research, identifying and engaging property developers, building strategic alliances and partnership programs, negotiating contracts, and developing strategies to expand distribution and drive growth.

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive short- and long-term strategies to accelerate market growth, deepen market penetration, and achieve business objectives across new and existing products, services, and verticals.

• Program and Project Management: Lead the design, implementation, and analysis of strategic initiatives and programs, including national and market-level launches and communication plans, ensuring alignment with business priorities and market needs.

• Partnership, Developer, and Contract Management: Identify, cultivate, and manage relationships with property developers, strategic partners, and key stakeholders; negotiate contracts and engagement terms to strengthen market presence, drive revenue, and support mutually beneficial outcomes.

• Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and provide detailed data analytics to inform strategic decision-making, optimize market strategies, and improve program effectiveness, including competitive analysis and market trends.
