As a Senior Product Associate in Payments -Receivables Online, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success. Job Responsibilities Partner with Product Managers to identify opportunities through customer, market, and user research. Support product strategy, roadmap development, and feature prioritization using data-driven insights. Write requirements, epics, and user stories to drive product delivery. Analyze product performance, revenue trends, and key business metrics. Lead agile execution, including backlog management, sprint planning, and releases. Collaborate across Technology, Operations, Sales, Service, and Implementations to drive alignment. Manage product communications, documentation, and monthly billing certification. Engage directly with clients to understand needs and resolve complex issues. Stay current on FinTech, Receivables trends, and emerging technologies. Utilize agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence to support product development. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area. Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle. Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition. Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy. Experience in product deployment processes. Excellent time management and is a self-starter with the ability to deliver results on time.
